Hot Stuff - Davichi (다비치)
Monday, January 15, 2007

Every day I look in the news and hear another Muslim brother has died
I imagine how the Prophets would have uncontrollably cried

There was a time our Ummah stood tall and proud
Not discriminated, accused and sworn at aloud

We were the true followers of Islam
We knew what was Halal and Haram

We would spread our knowledge far and wide
We would learn from our brothers whom we sat beside

Now the time has come where everyone knows best
At the scholars, teachers and preachers we jest

Wisdom, knowlege, love and peace we exchange
Just so we have the money to buy the latest fashion range

Our beliefs, principles, way of life we need to seriously rethink
Before the Ummah is on the verge of collapse, before its right on the brink

Our Lord watches us unseen from high above
Once again we need to spread the words, the words of love
